Posted on December 19, 2018 Posted by Omar Old vintage pictures This photo was taken on the 2nd annual Atlantic Antic on 9-26-1975 Mayor Ed Koch with Tripoli Restaurant owners and friends taken sometime in the 1970's Muhammad Ali Autographed picture given to Tripoli Restaurant owner, also named Mohamad. Muhammd Ali and Tripoli Restaurant owner Mohamad Salem in summer of 1985 Tripoli Pastry storefront. Across the street from Tripoli Restaurant was a pastry shop that served ice cream and Lebanese sweets, in the 1980's. Sahadi Halwah (Halava) tin cover from 1920 when Sahadi was located on Washington St in Manhattan.
